Clare Waterhouse is the owner of Cambridge Property Search. Prior to setting up the company, she had a career in sales, as a Negotiator for national estate agency Carter Jonas and in conveyancing, with a degree in Law from The College of Law.

From this unique background Clare has acquired a wide range of personal contacts in both the property and legal worlds. Her excellent connections ensure she hears of properties very early on in the marketing process, sometimes even before they are available to the general public. She can also oversee the conveyancing process for your employees right through to completion.

Clare has lived in Cambridge for over 20 years and thus has an in-depth knowledge of the area. She can help your staff with a wide range of their other needs such as local schooling and leisure activities or finding trades-people or craftsmen, solicitors or surveyors. And as part of Cambridge Property Search's service each client is given a Welcome Pack which is a comprehensive guide to local events, places to visit, restaurants & cafes, music, sport and the arts as well as recommended butchers, hairdressers and chiropodists!
