Are you an Estate Agent?

No. Cambridge Property Search is an independently owned company. Whilst we have excellent links with estate agencies we operate completely independently of them acting for you, the buyer.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Cambridge city and the surrounding area up to approximately 20 miles in each direction of the compass. See our area map.

How long doeas the registration fee last?

Normally for 3 months. It is then possible for either party to renew or cancel the agreement.

Do you hear of properties before they are advertised to the general public?

Because of our good relationships with estate agents and solicitors we do hear of properties early on in the marketing process.
