Clare worked as a Sales Negotiator for leading national estate agency Carter Jonas for a number of years before deciding to set up Cambridge Property Search. Prior to this, she gained a post-graduate degree in Law from The College of Law. She has also worked in conveyancing for a number of highly regarded Cambridge law firms.

From this unique background Clare has acquired a wide range of personal contacts within both the property and legal worlds. Her excellent connections within estate agency mean that she hears of properties very early on in the marketing process and in some cases before they are advertised to the general public.
